Group-IB in Spain is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to bridge the sales teams and the paperwork needed to close deals. You will support the Europe sales and business operations teams with administrative tasks, liaise with legal and finance, and manage contracts in Salesforce.

You will maintain Salesforce data, prepare reports, monitor payment terms, and help schedule meetings. The role requires strong MS Office skills, CRM experience, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
• Experience supporting sales teams, with strong admin skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales and Business Operations team in Europe with administrative tasks (e.g., NDA/MOU prep, vendor data).
• Maintain relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with legal and finance on contract matters and ensure Salesforce data integrity.
• Housekeep Salesforce, update contracts, and clean data regularly.
• Monitor payment terms and contract validity, track deal progress, and schedule meetings.
