Job summary

Thales in Spain is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales & Account Manager to join the Sales Department in Barcelona. You will support all Sales activities for the East Region Market, building trusted relationships with customers and translating cybersecurity challenges into business opportunities.

With a consultative sales approach, you will manage opportunities from identification to closing, collaborating with Pre-sales and delivery teams to craft competitive proposals and maintain a healthy

Qualifications

• 10 years of minimum experience in Sales Cybersecurity Activities and/or IT Account Management.
• Experience in Spain’s East Region market.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities, developing relationships with new customers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customers' cybersecurity challenges, business priorities and regulatory requirements to identify the most appropriate services and solutions.
• Develop opportunities for recurring and long-term cybersecurity services, increasing customer penetration and account value.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with Pre-sales, Delivery and cybersecurity experts to build competitive and differentiated proposals that address customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, ensuring appropriate follow-up of opportunities through the CRM.
• Monitor revenue, margin and profitability of accounts and opportunities.
