Job summary

Accenture seeks a Sales Director specializing in cybersecurity to drive end-to-end sales of advanced cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients from Madrid, in a hybrid work model. The role requires leading complex deals and negotiations with CISO/CIO/board-level stakeholders, leveraging global and local teams, and delivering measurable growth in ACV and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
• Minimum 8 years selling into enterprise clients with high-value deals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions including SOC, MDR, Identity & Access Management, Network Security, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading consultative sales cycles and contract negotiations with executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, COO or Board).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing revenue targets and building commercial pipelines.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles for cybersecurity services, including SOC, MDR, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and IAM, targeting enterprise clients.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline using structured sales methodologies and CRM tools.
• Lead contract negotiations with executive stakeholders such as CISO, CIO, COO, and board-level clients.
• Collaborate with global and local Accenture teams to design integrated and scalable cyber solutions.
