Jobtailor is seeking a senior cybersecurity services leader in Madrid to drive consultative engagements with enterprise clients. You will shape security programs, design tailored solutions, and present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, advance security roadmaps, and oversee delivery quality while identifying risks and dependencies across engagements.

Formación

• 10+ years in cybersecurity services.
• Certifications CISSP, CISM, or C‑CISO are a plus.
• Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST) and modern orchestration/AI adoption.
• Experience developing new cybersecurity offerings and service lines.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with clients through a consultative approach.
• Support pre‑sales activities, designing tailored security solutions, preparing cost models, and presenting recommendations.
• Lead cybersecurity sales and collaborate with senior client stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions to identify risks.
• Shape security transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure coherent delivery of security capabilities.
• Oversee the development of security roadmaps.
• Monitor engagement performance, identifying risks and managing dependencies.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients.
