Accenture España seeks a Security Lead for Health & Public Service to drive growth and profitability of the Cybersecurity practice across Spain and Portugal. You will lead a 10-person team, shape the annual business plan and secure strategic client relationships with CISOs and senior directors.

The role requires 12+ years in cybersecurity or strategic security consulting, senior leadership experience, and a track record in professional services with strong English and Spanish proficiency.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or strategic security consulting.
• Senior leadership experience at top-tier firms (Big Four, strategy consultancies, SI or vendors).
• Experience managing teams and P&L in professional services environments.
• Engineering/CS degree; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Certifications valued: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ENS, OSCP.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth, profitability and market positioning of H&PS Cybersecurity across Spain and Portugal.
• Direct leadership of a team of 10 professionals; foster talent development and retention.
• Define and execute the annual business plan: growth targets and service expansion.
• Build strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs and Senior Directors in healthcare and public sector.
• End-to-end ownership of commercial processes: opportunities, proposals, negotiations and deals.
• Oversee delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction; integrate global capabilities.
