Job summary

Stoïk is expanding in Spain and seeks a Customer Success Manager who is cyber-savvy and business-driven. You will build strong relationships with customers and brokers in Spain, coordinating with Cyber Sales, Product, and Tech teams to deliver a seamless Stoïk Protect experience.

You will drive onboarding, adoption of MDR and Email Security, and identify cross-sell opportunities to grow recurring revenue while maintaining SLA-driven support and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS/Tech, ideally in customer-facing or success-driven roles.
• Ability to drive commercial outcomes (cross-sell, upsell, retention) through relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Analytical, process-oriented: translate customer insights into business opportunities.
• Business proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona, with willingness to travel within Spain.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers after purchase, set up their tools and ensure early adoption.
• Drive successful activation of MDR and Email Security for Managed Services.
• Provide responsive cyber support via a ticketing process while meeting SLA.
• Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities with the Cyber Sales team.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to maximize client value and renewals.
