Formación

• Advanced knowledge of the Cvent platform, including event setup and attendee management.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid analytical skills with experience in financial tracking and accounts receivable management.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Experience preparing reports and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client contact, handling daily interactions and requests.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting for Cvent-related tasks and platform usability.
• Assist clients with event setup, registration configuration, and attendee management.
• Attend weekly client meetings to review progress and align on upcoming initiatives.
• Track client accounts receivable, debt follow-up and payment reconciliation.
• Prepare reports and summaries for business reviews with performance insights.
