American Express in Madrid is offering a Junior Project Analyst Intern position within Global Commercial Services. You will support the Global Client Group and day-to-day client management, helping with process optimisation and B2B client initiatives.

The role provides exposure to project management and client development in a multinational environment, focusing on products like Corporate Card and BTA, with a 12-month duration and 35-hour workweeks.

Formación

• Enrolled in a university or Master's degree programme, preferably in Economics or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, think independently and proactively solve problems.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support commercial and process-related projects within the Global Client Group.
• Collaborate with other corporate functions, including Global Merchant & Network Services and Controllership, to monitor and optimise internal processes and client-related initiatives.
• Support the management of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) satisfaction analysis process for B2B clients, from preparation through implementation of targeted content and strategies designed to optimise response rates.
• Assist with day-to-day client management activities.
• Produce internal and external reports and commercial materials.
• Liaise with Operations and other internal teams to support client requirements and project delivery.
• Develop project management and stakeholder management skills within a multinational sales and process management environment.
• Gain exposure to B2B client development activities, including customer relationship management, account reviews, commercial presentations, negotiation, competitive pricing, compliance requirements, and cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of key American Express Global Commercial Services products and solutions, including Corporate Card, BTA, vPayment, BIP and Purchasing Account.
