Amex GBT is seeking a proactive Client Success professional in Madrid to manage daily client interactions and Cvent-related tasks across event portfolios. You will ensure smooth platform setup and attendee management while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

In this role, you will coordinate with clients on event configurations, review progress in weekly meetings, and oversee accounts receivable and payment reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client contact, handling daily interactions and requests.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Cvent tasks and platform functionality.
• Assist clients with event setup, registration configuration, and attendee management in Cvent.
• Attend weekly client meetings to review progress and plan future initiatives.
• Track accounts receivable, follow up on debts, and reconcile payments.
• Prepare reports and summaries highlighting performance metrics for stakeholders.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day

• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing daily client interactions, inquiries, and requests in a client-facing role
• Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for Cvent-related tasks, ensuring smooth platform functionality and user experience
• Assist client with event setup, registration configuration, and attendee management within Cvent
• Attend weekly meetings with the client to review progress, address concerns, and align on upcoming event initiatives
• Track and manage the client accounts receivable, including debt follow-up and payment reconciliation
• Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for Business
• Reviews, highlighting key metrics and performance insights

What We're Looking For

• Advanced knowledge of Cvent platform, including event setup, registration, reporting, and attendee management functionalities
• Proven experience in a client-facing role with strong communication and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial tracking and accounts receivable management
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience preparing reports and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
