Job summary

DiBooq GmbH on Mallorca is seeking a dedicated customer support and onboarding specialist to help vacation rental hosts get the most from our software. You will run online demos and guide users through features to ensure a smooth start.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and Spanish or French at C2 or native level.
• Enthusiasm for customer contact and direct communication.
• Permanent residence on Mallorca.
• Solid technical understanding and comfort with modern software.
• Marketing knowledge is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

For our young software company DiBooq, we are looking for a dedicated team member to strengthen our office near Palma in customer support and onboarding. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, this position offers flexible weekly hours between 20 and 40 hours. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping vacation rental owners and hosts make the most out of our modern software platform, delivering top-tier support directly from Mallorca.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will center around guiding and assisting vacation rental hosts as they start using our software. You will lead informative online demos to showcase how the solution works and walk users step by step through various features. In addition, you will be the reliable first point of contact whenever users have questions or need assistance, providing helpful answers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from the very beginning.

What you bring to the team:

• Native-level proficiency in German, combined with Spanish or French at C2 or native level.
• Strong enthusiasm for customer contact and direct communication.
• A permanent place of residence on Mallorca.
• Solid technical understanding and a natural comfort when working with modern software applications.
• Marketing knowledge is considered a valuable advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
• Career starters and motivated newcomers are warmly welcome to apply.

• A competitive base salary of 26,000 euros gross per year based on a 40-hour week.
• An additional performance-based bonus of up to 4,000 euros per year (salary and bonus are calculated proportionately for part-time hours).
