Job summary

DiBooq GmbH on Mallorca is seeking a dedicated customer support and onboarding specialist to help vacation rental hosts get the most from our software. You will run online demos and guide users through features to ensure a smooth start.

The role welcomes career starters and offers flexible weekly hours between 20 and 40 hours, plus a clear path for personal and professional growth within our modern Mallorca-based software company.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and Spanish or French at C2 or native level.
• Enthusiasm for customer contact and direct communication.
• Permanent residence on Mallorca.
• Solid technical understanding and comfort with modern software.
• Marketing knowledge is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist vacation rental hosts as they start using the software.
• Lead informative online demos to showcase how the solution works.
• Walk users step by step through features and provide onboarding support.
• Be the first point of contact for questions and assistance, ensuring a smooth onboarding.
