Your role involves coaching the team, monitoring performance using dashboards, and collaborating with other teams to ensure client success. Candidates should have leadership experience and be fluent in English and another language.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in Customer Success or related fields.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth.
• Fluent in English and at least one of French, Dutch, or German.
