andagon is seeking a Customer Success & Reactivation Manager who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and turning conversations into new business opportunities. You will reactivate former customers, deepen connections with key contacts, and guide opportunities from discovery to project delivery across a B2B software services context.

You will manage customer activities in our CRM, collaborate with Sales and Delivery, and leverage your German (C1–C2) and English (B2+) skills to

Formación

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment.
• Experience in proactive customer outreach and developing existing or former customer accounts.
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence in proactively approaching customers.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify customer needs and business potential.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and consistent follow-up.
• Structured, independent and results-oriented with confident use of CRM systems.
• German C1–C2 and English B2 or higher.
• Nice to have: IT services, IT consulting, SaaS or Software Quality, upselling/cross-selling.

Responsabilidades

• Reactivate former and inactive customers and bring existing relationships back to life.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Understand customers' current challenges, needs and upcoming projects.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling potential and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and manage customer activities in our CRM.
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery to turn customer needs into concrete solutions and projects.
