andagon people GmbH is seeking a Customer Success & Reactivation Manager who enjoys reconnecting with customers and turning conversations into new business opportunities.

You will reactivate former clients, build long-term relationships with key contacts, and collaborate with Sales and Delivery to convert needs into concrete solutions.

German C1–C2 and English B2+ are required; a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong CRM skills will help drive customer growth.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment.
• Experience in proactive customer outreach and developing existing or former customer accounts.
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence in proactively approaching customers – you don’t wait for customers to come to you.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to identify customer needs and business potential.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and consistent follow-up.
• Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working, including confident use of CRM systems.
• German C1–C2 and English B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Reactivate former and inactive customers and bring existing relationships back to life.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Understand customers’ current challenges, needs and upcoming projects.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling potential and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and manage customer activities in our CRM.
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery to turn customer needs into concrete solutions and projects.
