andagon people GmbH is seeking a Customer Success & Reactivation Manager to reconnect former clients and develop opportunities. You will build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and identify upsell potential.

With a focus on proactive outreach, you will manage activities in our CRM and collaborate with Sales and Delivery to convert needs into concrete projects.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Inside Sales in a B2B environment.
• Proactive outreach and developing existing orformer customer accounts.
• Strong phone communication skills and proactive approach to outreach.
• Commercial mindset to identify customer needs and business potential.
• Structured, independent and results-oriented with CRM usage.
• German C1-C2 and English B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Reactivate former and inactive customers and bring relationships back to life.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Understand customers’ current challenges, needs and upcoming projects.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling potential and develop qualified opportunities.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and manage customer activities in our CRM.
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery to turn customer needs into concrete solutions and projects.
