Andagon People Gmbh in Spain is seeking a Customer Success & Reactivation Manager who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships and turning conversations into new business opportunities. You will reactivate former and inactive customers, develop long-term relationships with key contacts, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring follow-up in our CRM.

German C1–C2 and English B2+ are required; experience in IT services, SaaS or Software Quality is a plus; strong

Formación

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment.
Experience in proactive customer outreach and developing existing or former customer accounts.
Strong phone communication skills and confidence in proactively approaching customers.
Commercial mindset and ability to identify customer needs and business potential.
Strong communication, reliability and follow-up.
Structured, independent and results-oriented with CRM experience.
German C1–C2 and English B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

Reactivate former and inactive customers and bring existing relationships back to life.
Build and develop long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
Understand customers' current challenges, needs and upcoming projects.
Identify up-selling and cross-selling potential and develop qualified business opportunities.
Ensure consistent follow-up and manage customer activities in our CRM.
Work closely with Sales and Delivery to turn customer needs into concrete solutions and projects.
