Virtuagym is hiring a Customer Service Consultant for DACH and International markets, based in Spain. You will support German- and English-speaking customers, deliver exceptional service, and help grow client success while working remotely from Spain for our global teams.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in a customer-facing role, are tech-savvy problem-solvers, and preferably have SaaS/software CS experience. This full-time remote role joins a high-performing, international team.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required (native or near-native).
• English language skills: good written and spoken English.
