Technogym S.p.A. is seeking a Customer Success & Digital Account to drive growth and adoption of our Digital portfolio.

The role blends office work with regular on-site visits to customers and operators, focusing on training and successful implementation of digital solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, supporting commercial development and ensuring customers maximize value from Technogym Digital Ecosystem.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive digital sales and deliver consulting-style value.
• Strong track record in account management and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience with solution selling and strategic thinking in customer success.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of Technogym's Digital portfolio and improve customer satisfaction.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders for digital solutions.
• Lead onboarding, implementation and training to ensure adoption of digital products.
• Develop customer success stories and best practices for revenue growth and retention.
