CB Talents is seeking a Customer Success Agent fluent in German with a B2 level of Spanish to join our on-site team in Madrid or Valencia. You will engage with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

- Madrid: €22,800 Base + €1,200 Annual Variable
- Valencia: €20,800 Base + €1,200 Annual Variable

- Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00
- Night Shift (Madrid Only): 22:00 – 07:00
