CB Talents is hiring a Customer Success Agent fluent in German and Spanish (B2) to join a premier customer success team for a major project. The role is based in Madrid or Valencia and is fully on-site, with shifts to match the local business needs.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about customer success and helping people, capable of working across different times to support clients effectively.

  • Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00
  • Night Shift (Madrid Only): 22:00 – 07:00
