Job summary

ASICS EMEA is looking for a customer service intern to support order control, incident resolution, and general customer care from our Iberia office in Barcelona. You will interact with customers in English and Spanish, manage invoices, and provide information on collections and commercial conditions.

The role requires a university degree in business administration, 1 year of contract (6+6), and strong MS Office skills, with emphasis on organized, rigorous communication. Remote work policy noted.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Business Administration and Management (Studies completed).
• 1 year contract (6 month + 6 month).
• Fluent English & Spanish.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Responsibilities

• Support on control and follow-up of orders and deliveries.
• Support the resolution of customers' incidents.
• Personalized attention to customers.
• Provide general customer support via telephone and email while maintaining service levels.
• Offer information about collections and commercial conditions.
• Control and verification of invoices.
