Ecolab seeks an IT Trainee to join its IT team at the Sant Joan Despi (Barcelona) office. The role offers 40 hours per week, a 12-month contract, and on-site work from 9 AM to 6 PM with cross-border IT user support and participation in IT projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT, fluent in Spanish and English, and familiarity with MS Office 365 and Windows 11. Italian is a plus, and strong problem-solving skills are valued.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal & written). Italian a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 & Windows 11.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT user support under direct supervision.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide onsite and cross-border support using remote tools.
• Interact with IT users with strong customer service skills.
• Work with IT and Global support teams on IT projects and activities.
• Liaise with partners and vendors on IT user support (e.g., HP for hardware maintenance).
• Conform with ITIL processes and maintain proper incident logging.
