Join our international Customer Service team in Fuengirola, Spain

Dancover is looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our office in Fuengirola.

You will be helping customers across our European markets and become part of an international team where we focus on collaboration, good communication and delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in French and Italian and has strong English skills, both spoken and written. If you speak additional languages, that is a definite plus.

What you can look forward to in this role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for our customers – helping them with everything from product and order enquiries to deliveries, returns and claims. You will communicate with customers by phone, chat and email and work closely with your colleagues in Fuengirola as well as teams at our head office in Denmark.

Additionally, your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone, chat and email
• Following up on orders and ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Handling claims and returns in a structured and solution-oriented way
• Tracking shipments and proactively keeping customers informed
• Supporting sales-related activities when needed

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and finding solutions. You take ownership of customer enquiries and are comfortable managing several tasks during a busy working day. You enjoy being part of a team, but you are also able to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks.

Ideally, you also have:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Fluent or native-level French and Italian
• Strong spoken and written English
• Good PC skills and confidence learning and working with different IT systems
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset
• A positive attitude and a strong focus on giving customers a great experience

Additional language skills are an advantage.
