Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Italian-speaking customers. The role is onsite, full-time, and features a structured training program with opportunities to progress in a fast-growing global team.

You will handle calls, process quotations and orders in SAP, and provide product guidance to customers. A strong client focus and good communication skills are essential to succeed.

What You Will Do in This Role

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to people — our clients, their customers, our teams, our community, and our planet. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal


• Create quotations and orders via SAP system


• Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers


• Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)


• Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services


• Call back customers


• Lead management


• Other duties and tasks as assigned

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required (additional qualifications are considered an asset).


• A strong interest in the technical field, along with a commitment to remain in the project for at least two years, is highly valued.


• You are customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a solid commercial mindset.


• A business-oriented approach will support more effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.


• Education in business or commercial fields, as well as prior experience in a contact centre environment, will support your development in this role, although these are not mandatory requirements.
