Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Onsite) fluent in French and Spanish to join our Barcelona team. You will handle calls, create quotations, and manage orders using SAP, delivering timely updates to customers.

This role offers full-time hours (39 per week), a permanent contract, and training on our platforms. You will engage with diverse clients in the automotive sector, provide product advice, and ensure high‑quality service while

What You Will Do in This Role

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to people — our clients, their customers, our teams, our community, and our planet.

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system
• Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers
• Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)
• Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
• Call back customers
• Lead management
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Your Qualifications

• Are bilingual or proficient in French with an advanced level of Spanish and English
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required (additional qualifications are considered an asset).
• A strong interest in the technical field, along with a commitment to remain in the project for at least two years, is highly valued.
• You are customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a solid commercial mindset.
• A business-oriented approach will support more effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
• Education in business or commercial fields, as well as prior experience in a contact centre environment, will support your development in this role, although these are not mandatory requirements.
