Donaldson is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Process Filtration team based in Terrassa, Spain. The role requires native Italian and high English, and involves handling customer orders and coordinating with sales to support growth in Italy.

You will manage orders, provide delivery updates, and collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and production. Hybrid work with 3 days remote per week is offered, plus a benefits package.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM is an asset.
• Native level of Italian and high level of English is required.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English and native level of Italian to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer purchase orders and building strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to support business growth in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders
• Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies
• Manage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities
• Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships
• Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities

Relevant Experience And Skills

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset
• Native level of Italian and high level of English is required
• Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changes
• Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a team player
