Concentrix in Barcelona (Onsite) is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in the coffee industry. You will provide accurate information, log and follow up orders, and handle post-sales requests with a focus on quality service.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based at the onsite Barcelona office, with fully paid training and clear career development opportunities. A bonus program up to €1,500 is available.
