Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (on-site) who speaks Swedish and English to join our global team. You will handle customer requests, provide accurate guidance, and ensure SLA adherence while collaborating with supervisors on projects.

We offer full paid training, career development programs, and a permanent contract with a 39-hour work week in a central Barcelona location.
