Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative who speaks Italian, with advanced Spanish and English, to join our onsite team. You'll provide accurate information, log and follow up on orders, and manage post-sales requests within CRM.

The role offers a fixed 20-hour week schedule, Monday to Friday 09:00–13:00, an annual gross salary of €9,812 plus up to €1,500 in bonus, and on-site work at the Barcelona office with training and career development opportunities.
