SPSP Health is hiring a Customer Service Superstar in Madrid to deliver exceptional support in a multilingual, fast-growing e-commerce environment. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues swiftly, and manage orders and returns while coordinating with multiple departments to improve service.

Fluency in Dutch and strong English are required, with additional languages a plus. Join a dynamic international team expanding across Germany, Austria, France, Spain and other EU

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) and good English skills.
• Any additional languages like German, Italian, Danish are a plus.
