Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. invites applications for a Customer Service Internship. The role is a 6‑month internship with a hybrid schedule: first month on-site, then 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. You will join the Service team, handling parts orders, warranty claims, and CRM support to customers and service partners.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, enjoy teamwork, and can communicate in Spanish and Portuguese, with basic English. University scholarship eligibility is required.

Formación

• A secondary school degree.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• A flexible approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities and new ways of working.
• A strong team-player mindset, with the ability to work effectively both remotely and in person.
• Good PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
• Basic English skills are considered an advantage.
• Eligibility to complete the role under a scholarship agreement with the University.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order entry activities related to parts orders and pricing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by service partners in accordance with company guidelines.
• Support customer requests for technical assistance through the CRM platform, including both email and phone-based interactions.
• Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and service partner requirements.
• Generate operational and service reports to provide insights into service performance and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to resolve order, warranty, and technical support issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems and CRM tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new methods, processes, and ways of working.
