Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Agent with fluency in English and Spanish and native proficiency in Portuguese. The role is 100% on-site for the first 6 months, transitioning to a hybrid model afterward.

You will handle product portfolio inquiries, import/export questions, first-level technical support, complaints, and IoT app assistance, using your language skills to deliver excellent service.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish; native Portuguese
• Experience in customer service and tech support is a plus

In this role, you will utilize your language skills in French, to provide outstanding customer service and support.
