Job summary

The role requires you to be a degree-educated student eligible for university internship agreements, with strong communication skills and a willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Degree-educated and currently enrolled as a student.
• Eligibility for an internship agreement through a University is mandatory.
• Minimum 6-month internship availability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High-energy and target-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• First experience handling customers on the phone is a plus.
• Fluency in English and/or Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian.
• Preferably living in or willing to move to Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects.
• Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and improve services.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve product offerings and marketing.
• Mediate conflicts with customers and provide solutions that preserve business relations.
