Atlas Copco Group in Madrid offers a paid HR internship that supports recruitment, HRIS maintenance, and learning initiatives within an international team. You will assist in drafting and posting job ads, organize inductions, and help run engagement activities, gaining exposure to real HR processes in Coslada.

This hybrid role balances remote work with on-site duties and provides learning opportunities, mentorship, and a path to develop skills in candidate experience, reporting, and admin

Formación

• Degree in ADE, Labor Law or Master degree in Human Resources or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Portuguese or Italian is a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability and openness to embracing new challenges in a dynamic, international business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and activities to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
• Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate employee data and generate regular reports for management.
• Organize and schedule new hire inductions, training sessions, and track attendance and completion rates to support learning initiatives.
• Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement programs and well-being activities to foster a positive work culture.
• Provide administrative support for ad hoc HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
