Revelyst, Adventure Sports Group Europe, seeks a Customer Retention Specialist for our Barcelona HQ to own the consumer journey across EU brands including Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak.

You will manage CRM and lifecycle email campaigns, build segmentation using RFM, and collaborate with design and marketing to deliver timely campaigns across Europe, with hybrid work (2 days in-office, 3 remote).

Formación

• 3+ years in CRM or email marketing, ideally in retail.
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Mobile-first email design and usability expertise.
• Experience with international campaigns in Europe.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our E-Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ. You'll own the consumer journey across Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak in European markets, helping us turn more customers into repeat buyers.

Main responsibilities

• Own, optimize and expand CRM and lifecycle email campaigns across EU brands: welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, price drop and nurture flows, with SMS coming soon
• Build and maintain the retention calendar, aligned with seasonal launches, brand messaging and key products
• Run the email marketing calendar for broadcast and segmented campaigns
• Develop consumer segmentation based on RFM data and behavior
• Stay on top of CRM and retention trends, and bring forward recommendations on new channels like SMS and loyalty
• Partner with Design, Marketing and Merchandising to deliver campaigns on time, including assets, QA and landing pages
• Support database growth and lead generation through tactics like giveaways

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally in retail
• Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp
• Strong understanding of mobile-first email design and usability
• Comfortable working with email analytics to guide strategy and execution
• Good understanding of digital/e-commerce KPIs and what drives performance
• Experience with international campaigns, ideally at a European level
• Advanced professional English; another European language is a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
