Formación

• Previous experience in E-commerce, Digital Merchandising or Online Retail.
• Experience managing product catalogs and online merchandising activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute product assortments across the e-commerce website to ensure products are categorized and merchandised.

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented E-Merchandiser to join our E-Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ.

This is an intership position ideal for someone passionate about digital commerce, online merchandising and consumer experience. As an E-Merchandiser intern, you will be responsible for optimizing product presentation, executing online assortments and supporting commercial performance across our European e-commerce platforms. Working closely with Brand, Marketing, Content and Digital teams, you will help deliver an engaging and seamless online shopping experience while maximizing product visibility and conversion.

The main tasks of the position are:

The E-Merchandiser intern will be involved in optimizing product visibility, supporting digital campaigns and ensuring an exceptional online customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Online Merchandising

• Execute product assortments across the e-commerce website to ensure products are correctly categorized and merchandised
• Optimize product listings, categories and navigation to improve the customer journey
• Ensure products are published accurately with the correct attributes and content
• Support seasonal launches, product drops and promotional campaigns

Content & Product Experience

• Coordinate with Content, Brand and Digital teams to ensure product pages are complete and aligned with brand standards
• Review product imagery, descriptions and digital assets to ensure consistency and quality
• Support the implementation of merchandising strategies that improve product discoverability and conversion

Campaign & Commercial Support

• Support the execution of online campaigns, promotions and seasonal activations
• Support homepage updates, category pages and merchandising placements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Monitor product and category performance using available reporting tools
• Analyze customer behavior, product performance and merchandising effectiveness
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support commercial decision-making

• Previous experience in E-commerce, Digital Merchandising or Online Retail
• Experience managing product catalogues and online merchandising activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data
