Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team, supporting activities across Europe. You will work under the Marketing Director EMEA and brand leads to help execute GTM plans, social media, and events across four action sports brands.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed marketing-related degrees, with a passion for outdoor sports, strong English, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a proactive, organized and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team, supporting activities across Europe.

Adventure Sports Group brings together four leading outdoor and action sports brands — Fox

Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak — spanning mountain biking, motocross, cycling and snow sports. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, multi-brand environment and contribute to exciting regional and global marketing projects.

The main tasks of the position are:

The Marketing Intern will work under the supervision of the Marketing Director EMEA and the EMEA Brand Leads, supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across Adventure Sports Group Europe and contributing to go-to-market plans, media relations, event activations, social media management and content calendar coordination.

Go-To-Market Support & Campaign Execution

• Assist in coordinating and executing go-to-market plans in alignment with the global marketing strategy and EU sales objectives
• Support content strategy and digital calendar planning, content brief management and GTM distribution
• Contribute to trade marketing and consumer insights activities

Social Media Management

• Assist in running Fox Racing's European social media channels and support briefs for the global channels of the other brands (Instagram, Facebook and others)
• Support content creation, scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking across all active platforms
• Help ensure alignment with the global digital communications calendar and European local events

Endemic Media Relations & Events Coordination

• Help coordinate endemic MX & MTB media relations and the marketing calendar together with PR and media agencies
• Assist in briefing and, where needed, executing photo and video productions
• Support the coordination and execution of activation plans at MX & MTB endemic events, in alignment with global initiatives
• Help create reports and analyses after each campaign launch and event activation
• Track performance against objectives and identify learnings
• Support the team in improving processes, templates and coordination workflows across marketing workstreams

Position requirements:

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Knowledge or/and genuine passion for the outdoor industry (running, cycling, motorbike, skiing)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High understanding of social media platforms and digital content
• High level of English, written and spoken

Preferred

• Experience with digital and direct-to-consumer go-to-market execution
