Revelyst, a collective crafting performance gear and precision technologies, seeks a Human Resources Manager for its Adventure Sports Europe team based in Barcelona. You will partner with the Global HR team and the President, EMEA to lead HR services and strategic initiatives across Europe.

You will oversee benefits, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, data integrity, recruitment, and HR policy governance while aligning with local laws and global programs.

Formación

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; additional languages (French or German) a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Global and cultural awareness; able to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee benefits administration across Europe and vendor negotiations as needed.
  • Prepare employee contracts and offer letters; coordinate onboarding and offboarding; manage termination documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee data, including personnel files, HRIS records.
  • Oversee tracking of holidays, sickness, and employee absences.
  • Develop and maintain the annual calendar for the European organization, accounting for local holidays.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and directors on employee relations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.
  • Review, update, and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and analyses for senior leadership, including merit increases and sales bonus administration.
  • Provide documentation and support for audits and due diligence activities.
  • Ensure Health & Safety measures are implemented and compliant across EU locations; coordinate with external partners and manage medical checks.
  • Administer tripartite arrangements for official company training programs.
  • Support HR projects (e.g., Equality Plans) by preparing required documentation, reports, and action plans.
  • Stay current on employment laws, regulations, and collective agreements; interpret and apply applicable legal requirements.
  • Provide support to the Legal department.

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Adventure Sports Europe team. The Adventure Sports platform includes iconic brands such as Bell, Giro, CamelBak, Fox Racing, and Blackburn. In this role, you will partner closely with the Global HR team and the President, EMEA.

This position assesses talent needs and develops aligned HR strategies. The Human Resources Manager will lead the delivery of HR services, provide guidance on day‑to‑day HR operations, and support global HR initiatives, programs, and processes. This role plays a key part in driving business results and delivering best‑in‑class HR practices across the organization.

This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources – Adventure Sports and is based in our Barcelona office.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Oversee benefits administration across all European countries, including company vehicles, private health insurance, meal vouchers, and region‑specific benefits; ensure accurate setup in payroll and HR systems and lead vendor negotiations as needed.
  • Prepare employee contracts and offer letters; coordinate onboarding and offboarding; manage termination documentation, severance calculations, and communication with external parties.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee data, including personnel files, organizational charts, and HRIS records.
  • Oversee tracking of holidays, sickness, and employee absences.
  • Develop and maintain the annual calendar for the European organization, accounting for all local public holidays.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and directors on employee relations matters.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for open positions.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.
  • Review, update, and maintain company policies and procedures.

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong business acumen with ethical judgment and confidentiality
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; additional languages (French or German) a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Global and cultural awareness; able to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to foster a positive work environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to quickly learn HRIS and talent systems
