Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team at our Barcelona HQ. You will work across four brands—Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, CamelBak—creating digital, social and print assets while respecting each brand’s visual identity.

Collaborate with Brand Leads on seasonal campaigns, product launches and event materials, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-brand environment within a fast-growing company.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere).
• Understanding of design principles, layout and typography.
• High level of English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners and newsletters.
• Develop visual content across Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak.
• Support creative content for seasonal product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
• Create and layout marketing collateral such as flyers, event signage, presentations and printed materials.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital production.

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a creative, motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team at our Barcelona HQ.

Adventure Sports Group brings together four leading outdoor and action sports brands - Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak - spanning mountain biking, motocross, cycling and snow sports. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, multi-brand environment and contribute to exciting regional and global marketing projects.

The main tasks of the position are:

The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the Marketing team and Brand Leads to develop compelling visual content across digital, social and print platforms while ensuring each brand's distinct visual identity is respected.

Digital Design & Content Creation

• Design and produce digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners and newsletters
• Develop visual content across Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak
• Support creative content for seasonal product launches and go-to-market campaigns

Marketing Collateral & Print Design

• Create and layout marketing collateral such as flyers, event signage, presentations and printed materials
• Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital production
• Ensure high quality and accuracy across final creative assets

Brand Identity & Creative Consistency

• Support the development and consistency of each brand's individual visual identity across digital and physical platforms
• Adapt creative work across different brand identities while maintaining their specific visual standards
• Work closely with Brand Leads to ensure consistency across all materials

Image Editing & Asset Management

• Edit and retouch images for product and lifestyle use
• Maintain and organize the shared digital asset library
• Ensure assets are correctly tagged and filed by brand for efficient access and consistency

Events & Brand Activations

• Contribute to the visual execution of brand activations, trade shows and cycling, moto, snow and outdoor events
• Ensure event materials are aligned with global branding and enhance the on-site experience

Position requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
• Understanding of design principles, layout and typography
• High level of English, written and spoken
