Volpak, part of Coesia, is seeking an Order & Customer Specialist to join the Spare Parts Operations team in Spain. You will support quotations, orders and shipments, ensuring accurate processing and timely information to customers.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance while managing email communications and developing trusted customer relationships. This role suits a proactive team player with strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Experience in administrative, customer service or back-office roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Support management of quotations, orders and shipments with accurate processing.
• Handle invoicing, shipping documentation and credit notes.
• Monitor delivery timelines and provide customers with status updates.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance.
• Maintain professional customer communications and build relationships.
