Volpak, a leader in pouch-type packaging, seeks a proactive Sales CRM Analyst to generate new leads, maintain CRM data, and analyze order intake performance. You will engage customers, follow up on opportunities, and handle administrative tasks while adhering to safety and environmental protocols.

The role emphasizes English communication, strong customer relations, and meticulous data handling, with a flexible timetable and fruit breaks as part of the offering.

Formación

• Mandatory: Graduation in communication or languages (Degree or Vocational training)
• Mandatory: excellent communication skills in English
• Mandatory: good customer relational skills
• Mandatory: attention to details
• Desired: previous experience of CRM utilization

Responsabilidades

• Data analysis: order intake performance, issues history, customer installed base and contacts
• Improve customer experience: proactively contact customers to check equipment satisfaction
• Direct each input to the right contact point, triggering new sales opportunities
• Register in the CRM all relevant information: customer data, cases, opportunities
• Follow up of activated leads and quotations
• Administrative tasks linked to department activity (quotations, purchase requests)
• Regulatory compliance: knowledge of safety, health and environmental protocols
• Use of PPE: mandatory use and maintenance
• Promote good environmental practices: energy saving and paper reduction
• Waste management: proper disposal of generated waste
