PepsiCo in Spain seeks a supply chain support professional to assist with order management, fulfillment, and field communications. You will validate orders, capture details, and maintain logistics data while coordinating with sales and customers. Strong Excel skills and fluency in Spanish and English are required.

This role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking across national and state levels, and close coordination with call center teams to ensure efficient order execution and timely deliveries.

Formación

• Proficiency in Spanish (native) and English (B1) required.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities with strong communication.
• Strong Excel and Office package knowledge mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Perform order check and validation. Handle failed deliveries.
• Capture orders from sales/customers and enter into the system.
• Change/Cancel orders and update in the system.
• Create and maintain logistics codes and characteristics.
• Share internal logistics sheets per customer and SKU.
• Optimize logistics and filler orders for FTL delivery if needed.
• Check stock availability and confirm quantities with SP.
• Create delivery in the system and finalize delivery details.
• Close undelivered orders and manage exceptions.
• Coordinate with call center and other departments via multiple channels.
• Follow up with customers to find efficient solutions for complex requirements.
