Lindt & Sprüngli Espana is seeking a Junior Brand Manager to support Tablets & Snacks brand strategy, blending business analysis, brand planning, innovation, and high‑quality execution to drive growth.
You will analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, monitor competitors, assist in annual plans, lead marketing campaigns, coordinate agencies, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure premium brand experience across touchpoints.

This role supports the development and delivery of the Tablets & Snacks brand strategy, combining business analysis, brand planning, innovation, and high-quality execution to drive sustainable category and brand growth.
Completed relevant Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree in Marketing or Business is valued. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in FMCG, ideally with exposure to business and market analysis, brand planning and marketing execution. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of market and consumer data tools is valued.
Experience with premium FMCG brands and/or chocolate categories is valued.
