Job summary

Webfleet seeks a Customer Base Marketer to shape and own content strategy for our CBM squad. You will craft messaging, drive creative execution, and align content with our brand as customers move through their journey.

You will build our education content, lead an onboarding and in-platform messaging hub, and push innovative content types using AI to maximise impact within budget. Fluency in English is required, and other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the customer lifecycle and marketing impact.
• Familiarity with AI and new content tools.
• Excellent copy and visual storytelling taste and brand sense.
• Collaborative and influential without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own CBM content strategy and messaging for campaigns.
• Lead the squad's creative engine with cross-functional teams.
• Shape content across the customer lifecycle and education hub.
• Develop onboarding and in-platform messaging tied to brand story.
• Leverage AI to create new content types and optimize resources.
• Ensure messages are engaging, timely and on-brand.
