Job summary

Webfleet seeks a Customer Base Marketer to own CBM content strategy, driving the creative engine and shaping our messaging across the customer journey. You will lead the education hub, onboard in-platform messaging, and push innovative content using AI while coordinating with a small team to maximize impact.

You will work within a hybrid model in Barcelona, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and own content strategy.
• Strong storytelling and brand voice across channels.
• Familiarity with CRM tooling and customer journey messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own CBM content strategy from messaging to creative execution.
• Collaborate with customer comms owner and project managers to shape campaigns.
• Develop a customer education strategy across the lifecycle.
• Lead the customer education hub with online courses and content.
• Unify onboarding and in-platform messaging under a coherent brand story.
• Leverage AI and latest tools to expand content types within a small team and budget.
