Webfleet is seeking a Customer Base Marketer to lead content and creative strategies for our CBM squad. You will own messaging, content strategy, and the creative engine to engage customers at every journey stage.

You’ll shape education content, run the customer education hub, and unify onboarding messaging across channels. Familiarity with CRM data and AI tools will help scale impact and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Be the voice of Webfleet for customers and own CBM content, from strategy to creative execution.
• Shape content across the customer lifecycle and build the education hub.
• Be fluent with AI and new tools to expand content formats and drive impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own CBM content strategy and messaging for customer campaigns.
• Lead our customer education hub with courses, milestones and usage tracking.
• Drive onboarding messages and in-platform communications to align with brand.
