Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Customer Care & Solutions Specialist to join our fast-growing, international team. You will manage customer and dealer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, taking full ownership of cases and guiding them to resolution with clear, proactive communication.

You will provide first-line technical support on product use and maintenance, coordinate with service partners, and document all interactions in our ERP and ticketing systems.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service or customer care.
• Practical technical understanding in a mechanical/industrial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple topics in a structured way.
• Strong communication and proactive ownership.
• Experience with ERP or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English; Polish and Dutch/Turkish are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer and dealer enquiries by phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Own cases from start to finish and ensure resolution.
• Provide first-line technical support on product use and maintenance.
• Coordinate with service partners and dealers as needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in ERP and ticketing systems.
• Support Sales and other teams with customer and order topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Customer Care processes.
• Work in an international, entrepreneurial environment with low hierarchy.
