Lantek is hiring a Customer Application Engineer to support clients, diagnose software issues, and assist with installations in regions where Lantek lacks a local presence.

The role requires a technical background, ERP experience, and strong SQL/Windows knowledge, with English proficiency and Spanish as a native language. The position offers a permanent contract and hybrid work options.

Formación

• Technical background in computer engineering or related field.
• Experience in ERP software projects is required.
• Strong English; Spanish native is expected; German/French are a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and Windows/IIS environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Consult, install, configure, and support Lantek software and related components.
• Support and implement customer projects in Lantek software.
• Define solutions with customers based on their requirements.
• Train customers and employees on Lantek systems (on-site and online).
