Concentrix Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (Remote) to assist customers with technical issues via email and phone. You will resolve inquiries related to products, installations, and operations while building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

The role requires German and English proficiency, 3+ years in customer service, and a readiness to travel to visit customers as needed. Training and ongoing development are provided in a dynamic, global environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in customer service environment.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries on products/services including installation and troubleshooting.
• Build long-term client relationships and respond to queries promptly.
• Deliver training to OEMs and assemblers as requested.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for parts pickup and replacement shipments.
• Guide customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes using tools and software.
