QLF Brands B.V. is seeking a Customer Advisor to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via email, phone, or chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and prior customer service experience.

You will support customers primarily in German and English, recording data and managing orders. This full-time role offers a gross annual salary of EUR 20,500 with benefits including a language bonus, 30 vacation days, and a hybrid work model in Barcelona.

Formación

What will you do?

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.

In this position, you will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.

You will receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently.

Job requirements

We are looking for you, because you…

• are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;
• have prior experience as a customer service representative;
• are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;
• are fluent in German (at least C1 level) and you are also solid in English;
• would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in a third language;
• handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;
• are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;
• are living in- or outside Barcelona and are able to work in the office for at least 60% of your contract hours;
• have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us!

• a base salary of EUR 20,500 per year gross, based on a fulltime (40h per week) employment;
• a language bonus per foreign language that you will be working in, the Spanish language excluded;

For fulltime employment, 40 hours a week, you will be working 5 days of 8 hours spread over Monday to Saturday from 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00 (one free hour). Not all markets require working on Saturdays; therefore, it might be possible that you will never have the option to work on that day. Working on Sundays or National Holidays are also a possibility: in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days! Working on Sundays or National Holidays are always voluntarily.
